License: You are eligible to use/embed FlashcrossWord applications in your web pages, you are prohibited from any unlawful use as regulated both locally and/or international law, you are prohibited from making reverse engineering, copy, resell, change , or any unlawful use of FlashCrossWord application code's and FlashCrossWord's copyrights. Your license is per one user accordance to your purchased account/plan, your account is personal – limited to your usage only, you are prohibited from transfer and/or granting access to your account with "FlashCrossWord" to others, you must keep your account access codes confidential and take all reasonable measures to protect your collected data as regulated both locally and internationally. You are the owner of your collected database, as such you agree to comply with all regulated laws and orders both locally and internationally regarding database usage and privacy policies. Failing to comply with any of the License terms will result with termination of your License. Database and Privacy Policy: All collected data is the exclusive property of the account owner, the account owner must comply with all laws and regulations regarding Database ownership, any claim against unlawful Database usage will result with "FlashCrossWord" account suspension or cancellation. The responsibility of implementing "Privacy Policy" as may be required and regulated is a mandatory obligation of the account owner - in accordance to the regulated law. Backup: A backup option is available for the account owner, "Flashcrossword" will not be responsible for any hardware/software failure which may resolute will Database loss. Account owner is required to secure his downloaded data/backup as stated in "Database and Privacy Policy". Liability: "FlashCrossWord" application/s are operated by the account owner, "FlashCrossWord" will not be liable or responsible for the usage done by the Account owner nor the content, the application is given "As Is" and is a subject for software updates/changes without the permission of the account owner. The Account owner must comply with all regulated laws regarding Database, Privacy and data securing, the account owner is the exclusive owner of the database as interpreted both by locally and/or internationally laws. Should a claim will be made against"FlashCrossWord" which was caused by unlawful "FlashCrossWord"' account owner's usages – the Account owner will reimburse and compensate all monetary damages, including without limitation any further legal claims which are at "FlashCrossWord"'s disposal. Bugs: "FlashCrossWord" applications may contain a "bug", "FlashCrossWord" will make it's best to resolve all "bug" issues, however Account Owner acknowledges and confirm that no claims will be made over any "bug" issues. Security and threats "FlashCrossWord" application is an embedded software, it is not collecting any data nor it is installing any software on any computer machine which is running the embedded application, however – all users must protect themselves from known threats such as viruses/warms or any other known threats . No claims will be made against "FlashCrossWord" for any damaged cause by using the Internet. Draw and prizes: A draw engine is integrated in "FLashCrossword" application, the use of the draw feature including prizes distributions are under the exclusive responsibility for the account owner, "FlashCrossWord" is not a party in any draw, nor it is not a party to any prize distribution. Fraud and Payments: The payment methods will be made online via "PayPal", "FlashCrossWord" is not responsible to any subject concerning frauds and unlawful credit card usage, all disputes are subject to inquiry between the credit card /"PayPal "account holder and PayPal. Account cancellation: Account owner can cancel his account, no refunds will be made for account cancellation. Canceled account will delete all stored Database, Account Owner must backup his database before canceling his account, no claims agrees that no claims will be made against "FlashCrossWord" over issues of Database loss. Jurisdiction: By using "Flashcrossword" application, Account Owner agrees that any claim and/or dispute which required arbitration or court facility will be under the jurisdiction of the state of Israel, in Tel-Aviv district.
